While we want you to be completely satisfied with the course, we make no blanket guarantee for your success as a sound engineer. The information and knowledge provided by the course are intended to give you the necessary instruction and basic fundamentals of live sound necessary to operate the soundboard and mix sound for a live event. However, a certain level of aptitude, dedication, and skill are required on the part of the student.
This course can only provide instruction and information. There is an element of ‘hands-on’ experience that will assist the student in improving their skills. This ‘hands-on’ experience cannot be provided by the course for obvious reasons.
This course makes no attempt at implying it will lead to your employment in sound reinforcement or any related field. While it will give you the information and knowledge to do live sound, what the student does with that knowledge is the responsibility of the student.
We take no responsibility for damage to equipment or persons resulting from the improper implication of any of the material herein.
REFUND POLICY
MIXING MUSIC LIVE

The REFUND POLICY is as follows:
30 day, money back guarantee during which time you can complete up to and including Lesson 2 of Module 3.
Upon receipt of your payment- You will be given partial access to the course up to and including Lesson 2 of Module 3. To unlock the rest of the course including the Bonus materials, you will need to fill out a simple assessment upon completion of Lesson 2 in Module 3.
The assessment will ask if you are satisfied with the course and content so far and that you agree to the terms below.
YES- Unlocks the rest of the course, including the downloadable MP3s, transcripts, and bonus content. YES waives your right to a refund even if you are still within the 30 day period.
NO- This course just isn’t for you and you would like to request a refund by sending an email with the subject heading REFUND to: [email protected] Once you request a refund, you will no longer have access to the course and be removed from the Facebook group. Refunds may take up to one week to process.
There will be no refunds offered for anyone who goes beyond Lesson 2 of Module 3 or after 30 days from the purchase date.
You may request a refund at any time BEFORE completing Lesson 2 of Module 3, IF you are within 30 days or your purchase date, by sending an email with REFUND in the subject heading to: [email protected]
Refunds can only be made to the original form of payment.

Mix Review (VIP Plan)
If you purchase the VIP Plan and receive a mix review, you will not be refunded for the cost of the mix review ($100). The remainder of the price paid will be refunded if the terms of the refund policy are met.
